 Consequences posed by air pollution, among others: 1) Disruption of human health, such as coughs and respiratory illnesses (bronchitis, emphysema, lungs and possibly cancer. 2) Damage to buildings due to weathering, corrosion on metal, paint and color fading. 3) Disruption oertumbuhan tananam, such as yellowing of leaves or plants kerdilnya due to high concentrations of SO2 or acidic gases. 4) The events of the greenhouse effect (green house effect) that could raise global temperatures and changing climate patterns earth and melt the ice at the poles. When the ice melts the sea level will rise thus affecting the ecological balance. 5) The occurrence of acid rain pollution caused by nitrogen oxides. Due to the dtimbulkan by water pollution, among others 1) Disruption life aquatic organisms due to reduced oxygen content. 2) The occurrence of a population explosion of algae and aquatic plants (eutrophication) and shallowing bottom waters. 3) Extinction of biota, water, such as fish, crab, shrimp, and aquatic insects. 4) The emergence of flooding due to clogged gutter trash. 5) spread of outbreaks of diarrhea and vomiting.
Due to the dtimbulkan by soil pollution, among others 1) Disruption living organisms (especially microorganisms in the soil). 2) The changing nature of the chemical or physical properties of the soil so it is not good for plant growth, and 3) Change and affect the ecological balance.
